Thanks for using Chefversity's services! By using our services you are agreeing to the terms below.

As Chefversity continues to develop, these terms may change and grow. Any future changes or additions to the terms will become part of your agreement with us.

1. Using our Services

Do not misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with our services' given functions, and accessing our services through unauthorized methods or sources.

2. Copyright and Content

Use of our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights or content found within Chefversity's services.

Chefversity's content is subject to copyright law and the use and distribution of Chefversity's content outside of Chefversity's services scope is strictly prohibited without prior, explicit knowledge and consent from Chefversity.

3. Privacy

Chefversity's privacy policy explains how we use your personal information and how we protect your privacy when you use our services. By using our services, you agree that Chefversity can use such information as stated in our privacy policy.

4. Changes to our Services

Our services will continuously change and improve. We reserve the right to add, change, suspend, or remove functionality, features, and services altogether. In the event of the suspension or termination of services, when reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and the ability to retrieve any necessary information from that service.

5. Ending the Terms

Our terms of service will continue to apply until terminated by you or by Chefversity.

CHEFVERSITY PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, CHEFVERSITY DOES NOT MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THIS MEANS THAT WE DO NOT MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES OR THEIR ABILITIES TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEFVERSITY EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING OUR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEFVERSITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS OF OR ABILITY OR INABILITY TO ACCESS SERVICES; CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. About these Terms

Chefversity may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to our services to reflect changes to the law or our services. Notice of change to these terms and any additional terms will be given on the respective terms' page. Therefore you should look at the terms regularly. Changes shall not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than seven days after they are posted. Changes regarding new services or legal changes will become effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for our services, you should discontinue your use of our services.

The failure for Chefversity to enforce these terms immediately is not a waiver of our rights and we may still take action in the future.

Any terms that may be deemed unenforceable will not affect other terms.

These terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, U.S.A. excluding its conflicts of law principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
